Connect WordPress

The Distribb plugin connects your WordPress site in a few minutes. Once it is connected, articles publish to your blog on their own.

Steps

1. In Distribb, open Integrations in the sidebar and choose Add Integration.
2. On the Blog tab, choose WordPress.
3. Choose Download Distribb Plugin (.zip). You need to be signed in to Distribb for the download.
4. In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin. Pick the zip, install it and activate it.
5. In the WordPress left menu, open Distribb and copy the Integration Key.
6. Back in Distribb, fill in WordPress Site URL (your site's root address, for example https://yourblog.com) and paste the key into Integration Key.
7. Choose Test Integration. When the test passes, choose Connect via Plugin.

Check it works

The WordPress row in Integrations shows as connected. The next planned article publishes to your blog, and View article in Calendar links to the live post.

Good to know

• Use the root address of the site, not /blog or /wp. The plugin answers at /wp-json/distribb/v1/.
• If the test fails with a firewall message, your security plugin or Cloudflare blocked the request. Allow /wp-json/distribb/v1/* in Cloudflare, Sucuri or Wordfence, then test again.
• If WordPress says the key was rejected, open Distribb in WordPress, create a new key, and paste it again.
• From version 3.9.0 the plugin updates itself. Older versions show an update banner in Integrations: see Update the WordPress plugin.
• Published articles carry the internal links from the AI content writer, and links from the backlink exchange once you switch it on.
