Nearly every rank tracker now claims white label reporting, and the claims cover three very different things. A logo on a PDF. A client dashboard on your own subdomain. The whole platform resold as your software. Which providers deliver on the third of those is covered in our roundup of the best white label SEO agencies.
Only the third one lets a client believe the tool is yours. This list sorts on which you actually get.
How we checked this list
Every tool below was loaded on its live site in August 2026 and captured there, with prices read from the vendor's own pricing page that day. Figures circulating in other roundups for this keyword did not always match what the vendors show, so where the two disagreed we used the vendor's page. Currency is as displayed to us, which is why some entries are in euros.
The three levels of white label
| Level | What the client sees | Tools |
|---|---|---|
| Branded reports | Your logo on the PDF and the sending address | Wincher, Serpstat, Semrush |
| Branded portal | A login on your domain, your colours | AgencyAnalytics, Nightwatch, SE Ranking, BrightLocal |
| Full resale | The platform sold as your product | WebCEO |
Quick answer
- Best branded client portal: AgencyAnalytics
- Best tracking accuracy with branding: AccuRanker
- Best value for agencies: SE Ranking
- Best for local clients: BrightLocal
- Only true resale option: WebCEO
- Cheapest with branding included: SEOptimer
1. AgencyAnalytics, the branded client dashboard
Rank tracking built into a multi-client reporting platform with a large integration library and a client login on your own custom domain.
The client never sees another company's name, which is the entire point of buying white label rather than exporting a spreadsheet.
Honest limit: priced per client, so the cost scales exactly with the growth you are hoping for. Tracking depth is behind the dedicated trackers.
2. AccuRanker, accuracy with branding attached
$224 a month at the entry tier, $764 higher up. On-demand refresh rather than a fixed daily crawl, with white label reports and scheduled sends.
When a client emails at 9am about a drop, re-checking immediately rather than waiting for tomorrow is what the premium buys.
Honest limit: expensive for a single function, and it does nothing outside rank tracking. Other roundups quote a much lower agency price than the vendor's own page shows, so check before budgeting.
3. Nightwatch, tracking with real segmentation
€79, €159 and €399 a month on the pricing shown to us. Daily updates, postcode-level location tracking, AI search visibility and white label reporting with a branded portal.
The segmentation is what turns a position list into something worth putting in front of a client.
Honest limit: euro pricing adds a conversion step for US agencies, and audit and content features are thin.
4. SE Ranking, the value agency pick
Daily tracking with local and mobile positions, generous keyword allowances, white label reporting and ready-made report templates, inside a platform that also audits and researches.
For an agency running three to ten clients this is usually the best coverage per pound on the list.
Honest limit: backlink data is behind the leaders, and pricing was not readable on their page for us. Confirm the agency tier directly.
5. BrightLocal, branded local reporting
$31 a month billed annually, then $40 and $49. Local rank tracking including map pack positions, with fully branded reports and white label email delivery.
For agencies whose clients are restaurants, clinics or trades, map pack position is the number that matters and general trackers report it badly.
Honest limit: local only. National keyword tracking needs a second tool.
6. WebCEO, the only true resale
The one platform here built to be sold as your own software, on your domain, with your branding throughout and your own pricing on top.
If you want clients logging into your tool rather than a skinned version of someone else's, this is the option that exists.
Honest limit: the interface shows its age, and reselling means you inherit the support burden for software you did not build.
7. Wincher, cheap tracking with basic branding
A dedicated tracker at a fraction of platform pricing, with daily updates, location tracking and branded reporting on the higher tiers.
For a small agency that needs branded position reports and nothing else, this is the lowest credible cost.
Honest limit: branding is report-level rather than portal-level. No client login on your domain.
8. SEOptimer, branded reports at $29
$29, $39 and $59 a month. Rank tracking alongside white label audit reports and an embeddable audit form for your own site. The audit side of that bundle is compared separately in our roundup of the white label SEO audit tool.
At $29 with branding included, it is the cheapest way to put a branded report in front of a prospect.
Honest limit: shallower tracking than the dedicated tools, and the audits are surface level.
9. Serpstat, platform features at a lower price
Rank tracking within a broader SEO platform with white label reporting, priced well below Ahrefs or Semrush.
Useful when you want tracking, research and competitor gaps under one subscription without agency-tier pricing.
Honest limit: a smaller index means a thinner long tail and weaker accuracy in some markets.
10. Semrush, branding as a paid add-on
Position tracking with daily updates, device and location targeting and competitor comparison, inside the broadest SEO platform available. White labelling arrives through the paid Agency Growth Kit.
If you already pay for Semrush, adding the kit is cheaper than migrating everything.
Honest limit: the add-on means the real agency cost sits well above the headline subscription, and keyword allowances are restrictive on lower plans.
11. DashThis, branded dashboards without the complexity
$44 a month at the entry tier, then $139, $279 and $429. Preset templates, white label branding and automated sends, pulling rank data from the tools you already use.
Deliberately simpler than the flexible builders, which means reports actually get sent.
Honest limit: it visualises data from elsewhere rather than tracking anything itself, and pricing is per dashboard.
12. Whatagraph, reporting for larger agencies
From $812 a month billed annually. Cross-channel reporting with a governed data layer, linked templates and a branded client portal.
At that price the case is straightforward: it has to save more than a part-time salary.
Honest limit: the entry price excludes small agencies entirely, and like DashThis it reports rather than tracks.
13. Agency Dashboard, built for the use case
A reporting platform aimed squarely at agencies needing branded client dashboards pulling from search and marketing sources.
Narrower than the big platforms, and priced accordingly.
Honest limit: a smaller integration list, and another tool rather than a consolidation of ones you have.
Where Distribb fits, which is not here
We build Distribb and it does not track rankings. There is no position database, no daily crawl and no ranking report, branded or otherwise. Putting it on a list of rank trackers would be dishonest.
What it white labels is the production layer: keyword research, articles written and published into each client's CMS, internal linking, and contextual backlinks from a network of real businesses, all under your brand and on a flat subscription rather than a per-client fee. Agencies buying links separately instead can compare white label link building services.
The reason to mention it on this page is the budgeting order. Rank tracking is the cheap layer of an agency stack, usually $30 to $250 a month flat. Production is the layer that scales with client count, and it is the one most stacks have no tool against at all. Suppliers for that expensive layer are compared in our roundup of private label SEO providers.
What to check before you buy
Send yourself the full report. Some tools brand the PDF and still show the vendor's name in the email footer or on the login page. Test the whole flow before a client sees it.
Check whether branding is included or an add-on. Semrush charges separately. Several others include it only on higher tiers.
Count the cost at your real client number. Per-client pricing at thirty clients is a completely different product from per-client pricing at three.
Confirm the keyword allowance. It is the actual unit of cost, more than the plan name, and agencies hit the ceiling faster than they expect.
Decide whether you need a tracker or a dashboard. DashThis, Whatagraph and Agency Dashboard visualise data from other tools. AccuRanker, Nightwatch and Wincher collect it. Our comparison of SEO rank trackers covers the collection side without the branding requirement.
FAQ
What does white label rank tracking actually mean? At minimum, reports carrying your logo instead of the vendor's. At best, a client portal on your own domain. Only WebCEO here lets you resell the platform outright.
What is the cheapest white label rank tracker? SEOptimer at $29 a month including branding, or BrightLocal at $31 if the clients are local. Both put a branded report in front of a client for well under $50.
Do clients notice unbranded reports? Yes, and it undermines the retainer they are paying for. Branding is cheap enough that there is no good reason to skip it.
Should I buy a tracker or a reporting platform? A tracker if positions are the deliverable. A reporting platform if the client wants search, paid and social in one place. Many agencies end up with both, which is defensible.
How many keywords should I track per client? Enough to cover their money pages and main variants, usually 50 to 300. Tracking thousands mostly increases the bill.
Can I put my own pricing on top? Only with a true resale platform. Most vendors permit branded reporting but forbid resale, and their terms say so explicitly.
What is missing from every tool here? The work. All thirteen measure and present. None of them writes a page or earns a link, which is what the client is actually paying you for, as our comparison of white label SEO tools sets out across the whole stack.
Where to start
Pick on client count and branding level. SEOptimer or BrightLocal if you need branded reports cheaply, SE Ranking or Nightwatch for a proper branded portal, AgencyAnalytics if the rankings should sit next to everything else the client sees. If what you actually need is one report across every channel, our white label SEO dashboards comparison covers that category properly.
Then look at what is not on this page. Distribb's white label plan covers the production layer, content and links under your brand on a flat subscription, which is the line that grows with your client count rather than the tracker. Three-day free trial.
