You need a Distribb account and a Zanda login with the Setup and Configure Zanda permission.

In Zanda

Open Zanda API Key

Open Tools, then Zanda API Key. You need the Setup and Configure Zanda permission.

Zanda > Tools > Zanda API Key
The Zanda API is still in beta and is not on in every account. If Tools has no Zanda API Key option, ask Zanda support whether it can be switched on for you.

Generate a key for Distribb

Name the key Distribb and generate it. Copy the key.

Zanda > Tools > Zanda API Key
Copy the key straight away. Zanda shows it only once.

In Distribb

Paste the key and connect

In Distribb, open Integrations and press Add Integration. Choose the Other tab, then Zanda. Paste the key, choose the region your Zanda account is hosted in and press Connect.

Optional: paste the address of your online booking page so posts can link to it.

Distribb gets to work

Distribb reads your locations, practitioners and services and plans a page for each one, like counselling in your suburb or child psychology at your second practice. Every month it shows how many appointments and new clients came in, and how new clients heard about you, against the month before.

What Distribb can and can't see

Read-only. Distribb keeps counts, never patient records.

The Zanda API is still in beta and is not switched on in every account. Ask Zanda support whether they can switch it on for you.

How do I stop Distribb's access?

Delete the Distribb key in Zanda under Tools, Zanda API Key. Access stops straight away.

Which region do I pick?

The region your Zanda account is hosted in: Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom.

Can Distribb see client records?

No. It only counts appointments and new clients. It never keeps client names, contact details, notes, invoices or payments.

Does Distribb change anything in Zanda?

No. Distribb only reads. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in Zanda.

Do I need Zanda to use Distribb?

No. Distribb works without it. Connecting Zanda makes your pages match your real services and lets you see the clients that came in.
