Distribb uses your Nookal locations, practitioners and appointment types to write a page for everything you offer, then shows you how many new patients came from Google and ChatGPT. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Four steps, about 5 minutes

You need a Distribb account and a Nookal Professional or Enterprise plan.

In Nookal

Open API Keys

Go to Setup, then Connections, then API Keys and click Generate API Key. Select the locations Distribb may read and switch Status on.

Nookal > Setup > Connections > API Keys
API keys come with Nookal's Professional and Enterprise plans. If you don't see API Keys, check your plan with Nookal.

In Nookal

Name the key and copy it

Add the note Distribb and click Save Changes. Copy the key Nookal shows you.

Nookal > Setup > Connections > API Keys > Generate API Key
The key only covers the locations you selected. To add another location later, create a new key that includes it and connect again.

In Distribb

Paste the key and connect

In Distribb, open Integrations and press Add Integration. Choose the Other tab, then Nookal. Paste the key and press Connect.

Optional: paste the address of your online booking page so posts can link to it.

Distribb gets to work

Distribb reads your locations, practitioners and appointment types and plans a page for each one, like a chiropractor in your suburb or clinical Pilates at your second clinic. Every month it shows how many bookings and new patients came in, against the month before.

What Distribb can and can't see

Read-only. Distribb keeps counts, never patient records.

How do I stop Distribb's access?

Switch the Distribb key's Status off in Nookal under Setup, Connections, API Keys. Access stops straight away.

Which Nookal plans can connect?

API keys come with the Professional and Enterprise plans.

I opened a new location. Does Distribb see it?

Only if the key includes it. Create a new key with that location selected and connect again.

Does Distribb change anything in Nookal?

No. Distribb only reads. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in Nookal.

Can Distribb see patient records?

No. It keeps only the numbers. It never shows or keeps a patient's name, contact details, notes or appointment times.

Do I need Nookal to use Distribb?

No. Distribb works without it. Connecting Nookal makes your pages match your real services and lets you see the patients that came in.
