Best White Label Local SEO Services for Agencies in 2026

white label local SEO fulfillment workflow for agencies

You sold local SEO to a client, they said yes, and now someone has to actually do the work: the Google Business Profile, the citations, the location pages, the reviews, the reporting. White label local SEO services let you keep selling that work without hiring a single person to deliver it.

I run Distribb, so I have an obvious stake in this. What follows is still the real comparison. I checked every provider below in a browser this week, pulled their published pricing where they publish it, and said plainly where they are stronger than us.

1. Distribb

Distribb is a white label SEO platform. You add a client site, connect their CMS, and the platform runs the whole programme under your brand: keyword research, writing, publishing, backlinks through its exchange network, Google Business Profile posts and review replies, and AI search visibility. Nobody on your side has to brief a writer or approve a draft for the work to ship.

Screenshot of the Distribb website

That is the part worth being clear about, because most providers on this list are agencies you hand work to. Distribb is software that does the work. Your clients see your brand, you see one dashboard for every site you run.

What you get:

  • Content at volume. 30 articles a month per client site on Pro, 90 on Accelerator, keyword research included.
  • Real backlinks. Turn on the exchange and contextual links arrive from other real businesses in the network. No outreach on your side.
  • Google Business Profile work. Posts and public review replies handled inside the platform, which is where most local SEO wins actually come from.
  • AI search visibility. The tracker shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews cite your client, and the distribution engine works on getting them cited.
  • Distribution. Accelerator turns articles into YouTube videos, Instagram carousels, Medium posts and Quora answers, published on accounts Distribb runs.
  • Analytics under your brand. Connect Search Console once and the dashboard shows clicks, impressions and rankings per article.

Pricing: $97 per client site a month on Pro, $495 on Accelerator. Volume discounts apply per site: 10% off at two to five sites, 20% at six to nine, 30% at ten to nineteen, custom above twenty. No setup fee, no contract.

Where it is weaker: Distribb is a platform, not a bespoke creative agency. If your client wants a hand-built local campaign with a strategist on monthly calls, buy that from one of the agencies below. Distribb also covers citations and listings less deeply than a tool built only for citations, so pair it with BrightLocal if citation auditing is your selling point. Accelerator includes a human reviewing every piece before it ships, which is the middle ground most agencies end up wanting.

Who it suits: agencies and consultants who sell local SEO retainers and want the margin without the delivery team. See what Distribb white-labels for agencies, including the per-client volume pricing.

2. SEOReseller

SEOReseller has been selling white label fulfilment to agencies for over a decade. The pitch on its white label SEO page is fulfilment muscle: keyword research, technical audits, content, link building and local SEO, all delivered under your brand, with a white label dashboard your clients log into.

Screenshot of the SEOReseller website

What stands out:

  • Breadth. SEO, PPC, Facebook ads, content, link building, reputation management and web design all come from one partner.
  • Local coverage. A dedicated local SEO service sits alongside the white label SEO packages.
  • Agency-first dashboard. The client-facing reporting is built to carry your logo, not theirs.
  • Scale claims on the page. 40,000 pieces of content a year and 3,000 site audits, which tells you the machine is running at volume.

Pricing: packages are quoted rather than published. You go through pricing and packages and then a call.

Weakness: no public price means no quick margin maths, and quoted fulfilment tends to move with scope. Turnaround depends on their queue, not yours.

Who it suits: agencies that want a full delivery team behind them and are happy to negotiate rates.

3. The HOTH

The HOTH runs a reseller program alongside its retail store. The useful part for local work is that everything is sold as a product you order: map pack and local visibility work, citation cleanup, review and reputation management, content refresh and web copy.

Screenshot of the The HOTH website

What stands out:

  • Buy one thing at a time. Order citation cleanup for one client without committing to a retainer.
  • Reseller pricing. The resellers program exists specifically for agencies rebilling the work.
  • Reporting you can brand. Reports come out ready to forward.
  • AI visibility products. They now sell AI Discover and earned media alongside classic SEO.

Pricing: per product, shown on each order page rather than as a single plan.

Weakness: ordering services one by one is fine for a handful of clients and painful across thirty. There is no single engine running continuously, so someone on your side is still deciding what to order each month.

Who it suits: agencies filling specific gaps rather than outsourcing a whole programme. If link building is the gap, our comparison of white label link building services goes deeper on that one service.

4. Vendasta

Vendasta sells the dashboard rather than the labour. Its white label local SEO software lets you resell local SEO and listings management under your own brand, with a marketplace of fulfilment vendors behind it if you want the work done too.

Screenshot of the Vendasta website

What stands out:

  • Local rank tracking your clients can see. Keyword metrics sit in a portal carrying your branding.
  • Listings and NAP auditing. It audits and fixes business information across the major directories.
  • Google Business Profile insights. GBP data is pulled into the same dashboard.
  • Packageable. You build your own local SEO packages out of their components and price them yourself.

Pricing: free to start, full plans quoted on a demo.

Weakness: Vendasta is a platform to resell, not a team that writes and publishes. The content and the links are still on you or on a marketplace vendor, which means two relationships instead of one.

Who it suits: agencies that want a branded client portal more than they want fulfilment. Our roundup of white label SEO dashboards compares it against the other reporting options.

5. DashClicks

DashClicks is software plus a fulfilment store. You pay one platform fee and then buy white label services inside it: SEO, backlinks, a GBP Ranker product, content, social posts and listings across 70-plus directories.

Screenshot of the DashClicks website

What stands out:

  • One flat platform price. $199 a month covers the whole software suite, with fulfilment priced separately per service.
  • GBP Ranker. A dedicated local product rather than local work bolted onto a national package.
  • Listings distribution. 70-plus directories, which handles the citation side.
  • CRM and funnels included. If you are replacing several tools, the bundle does real work.

Pricing: $199 a month for the platform, fulfilment quoted per service inside it.

Weakness: the platform fee is real money before a single client is served, and the fulfilment costs stack on top. Agencies that only want fulfilment end up paying for software they do not use.

Who it suits: agencies consolidating their software and their delivery in one place.

6. Boostability

Boostability is the wholesale option. It publishes both retail prices and a wholesale rate for resellers, which is rare enough to be worth something on its own.

Screenshot of the Boostability website

What stands out:

  • Published wholesale pricing. Entry managed SEO is $399 a month retail with wholesale from $249, so your margin is knowable before a sales call.
  • A genuine low end. Listings at $49 a month suits brand-new local businesses that cannot carry a retainer yet.
  • Local ladder. Local SEO Starter at $299 a month covers one location, five keywords, on-page and GBP work.
  • Scale tiers. Growth and Scale plans run from $600 to $3,000 a month for multi-location and regional clients.

Pricing: wholesale from $249 a month, retail plans $49 to $3,000 a month depending on keywords and locations.

Weakness: volume pricing usually means a volume process. If your clients need anything unusual, you are pushing against a standardised delivery system.

Who it suits: agencies reselling SMB local SEO at volume who need the cheapest defensible cost of delivery.

7. Semify

Semify sells white label fulfilment with an unusual extra: a white label marketing API, so the deliverables can flow into a dashboard you already own instead of a portal they own.

Screenshot of the Semify website

What stands out:

  • API delivery. Their reporting plugs into your existing stack rather than replacing it.
  • Map pack service. Local visibility is a named service, not an afterthought.
  • Full stack. Keyword research, technical audits, content and link building under one partner.
  • Agency tooling. A white label ROI calculator and SEO report card help you sell the retainer in the first place.

Pricing: quoted through their team, not published.

Weakness: quoted pricing again, and the API is only worth paying for if you already run a dashboard your clients log into.

Who it suits: agencies with their own client portal that want to fill it with someone else's delivery.

8. 51Blocks

51Blocks is a white label team you rent by the client. It publishes a per-client price, which makes the maths immediate, and it offers a fulfilment-only mode where you keep the client communication entirely.

Screenshot of the 51Blocks website

What stands out:

  • Per-client pricing. $199 per client a month, with a ten client minimum.
  • Fulfilment-only option. They stay invisible and you keep every client conversation.
  • Google Maps optimisation. Local work is a named service alongside national SEO.
  • A GEO package. They sell AI search optimisation as its own white label product.

Pricing: $199 per client a month, ten client minimum, so roughly $1,990 a month to start.

Weakness: the ten client minimum locks out anyone still building their book. At $199 per client for a shared team, the depth per client is necessarily limited.

Who it suits: agencies already running ten or more local clients who want one partner to absorb all of them.

9. BrightLocal

BrightLocal is the reporting layer most local agencies already use, and it also sells managed local SEO services on top of the tools.

Screenshot of the BrightLocal website

What stands out:

  • Local rank tracking done properly. The local search grid shows rankings by map position, not a single national number.
  • Citation tracker and building. The strongest citation tooling of anyone on this list.
  • Local AI visibility. A newer tool that checks whether AI answers mention the business.
  • White label reports. Client-facing reporting you can brand and schedule.

Pricing: tools are sold on their own plans, and managed local SEO services are published at $1,299 a month.

Weakness: $1,299 a month for managed service is a retail price, not a wholesale one, so the reseller margin is thin. The tools are excellent and the fulfilment is not the main product.

Who it suits: agencies that need proof of local ranking movement and want citation work from the same vendor.

What white label local SEO includes

Local SEO and national SEO are not the same job, and a provider that only does content will not move a map pack. A complete white label local SEO service covers five things.

  • Google Business Profile management. Categories, services, attributes, photos, weekly posts and replies to every review. This is the single biggest lever on map pack position.
  • Citations and NAP consistency. The business name, address and phone number matching across the major directories and aggregators, plus cleanup of the wrong old ones.
  • Localised content. Location pages, service-area pages and blog content that answers what people in that city actually search.
  • Reviews. A system for asking, and public replies to the ones that arrive. Review velocity and response rate both feed local ranking.
  • Links and mentions. Local links from chambers, suppliers, sponsorships and relevant sites. This is where most local programmes quietly stop.

Ask which of the five a provider actually does before you sell the retainer. Plenty sell "local SEO" and deliver four blog posts. If you are selling into a specific vertical, our guide to local SEO for medical practices shows what the work looks like end to end.

Local SEO reseller programs vs white label platforms

The two models on this page solve the same problem in opposite ways, and they cost you different things.

A local SEO reseller program (The HOTH, Boostability, SEOReseller, Semify, 51Blocks) means you buy labour at a wholesale rate and sell it at retail. Someone else's team does the work. Your cost is per client and usually per service, your margin is the spread, and your risk is their queue. You are also managing a relationship: scoping, briefing, chasing.

A white label platform (Distribb, Vendasta, DashClicks) means you buy software that produces the work, then rebrand the output. Your cost is a seat or a site fee, your margin improves as you add clients rather than staying flat, and your risk is that software handles the standard cases better than the strange ones.

The honest rule: if your clients want a named strategist and bespoke campaigns, buy labour. If your clients want rankings, traffic and a report every month, buy the platform and keep the spread. Most agencies discover halfway through that they were selling the second thing while paying for the first. Our comparison of white label SEO agencies covers the labour side in more detail, and private label SEO services explains where the two models overlap.

How to price white label SEO packages to your clients

Agencies underprice local SEO more often than they overprice it. Three numbers decide the retainer.

  1. Your delivery cost. Whatever you pay per client per month. On Distribb that is $97 or $495 with volume discounts, on 51Blocks $199, on Boostability from $249 wholesale.
  2. Your account management cost. Reporting calls, emails, the one client who texts on Sunday. Budget one to two hours a month per client at your own rate.
  3. The client's value of a customer. A dentist worth $1,800 per new patient and a pizza shop worth $22 per order cannot buy the same package, even with identical delivery.

A workable structure is three tiers: a starter at roughly three times delivery cost covering GBP plus citations plus a few pages, a growth tier at five to six times covering content volume and links, and a multi-location tier priced per location. Publish what is in each one. The agencies that struggle are the ones quoting bespoke numbers every time and eating scope creep on every account.

One more thing worth charging for: local SEO takes months before the map pack moves. Price for a six to twelve month engagement and say so at the start, or you will lose clients in month three of work that was going fine.

Questions to ask a provider before you sign

  • Do you touch the Google Business Profile, or only the website? If the answer is only the website, it is not a local service.
  • Who talks to my client? Fulfilment-only keeps you in front. Some providers want calls with the end client, which is fine until they do not need you.
  • What does the report look like with my logo on it? Ask for a real sample, not a screenshot of a template.
  • What is the turnaround, in days, when I place an order? Get it in writing. Queue times are where white label relationships break.
  • Is the pricing wholesale or retail? If a provider sells the same service to end clients at the price they quote you, there is no margin in it.
  • What happens to the work if I leave? Content, profiles and links should belong to your client, not to the provider's account.
  • Do you handle AI search visibility? Local buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT for a recommendation before they open Maps. A provider with no answer here is selling you 2022.

FAQ

What is white label local SEO?
White label local SEO is local search work delivered by a provider and sold to the end client under your agency's brand. The provider handles the Google Business Profile, citations, localised content and links. Your client sees your name on the reports and never learns the provider exists.

How much do white label SEO services cost?
Published wholesale rates run from about $97 per client site a month on a platform like Distribb, to $199 per client on 51Blocks and DashClicks, to $249 a month wholesale on Boostability, up to $1,299 a month for a fully managed service from BrightLocal. Agencies typically sell those on at three to six times cost.

What is the difference between a local SEO reseller and white label local SEO?
In practice the terms are used interchangeably. Where they differ: a reseller program usually means you buy at wholesale and resell at retail with the provider staying anonymous, while white label can also mean licensing software that carries your branding. Reseller implies labour, white label implies branding, and most providers sell both.

What should white label SEO packages include?
At minimum: Google Business Profile optimisation and posting, citation building and cleanup, on-page work for location and service pages, a monthly content allocation, link acquisition, review management, and a branded monthly report. If any of those are missing, the package will underperform against competitors who have them.

Can I white label local SEO for multiple locations?
Yes, and it is priced per location almost everywhere, because each location needs its own profile, its own citations and its own page. Boostability's tiers scale by location count, Vendasta has a multi-location portal, and Distribb prices per client site with discounts starting at two sites.

How long before a client sees results from local SEO?
Profile and citation fixes can move map pack position within four to eight weeks. Ranking for competitive local service terms in organic results usually takes four to six months, longer in dense metros. Set that expectation before the first invoice.

The short version

If you want one partner to run the whole local programme under your brand and you would rather buy software than manage a team, start with Distribb at $97 or $495 per client site. If you want a human team and do not mind a quote, SEOReseller and Semify are solid. If you are buying one service at a time, The HOTH. If you need wholesale rates at volume, Boostability. If reporting is what you are really selling, BrightLocal.
