10 Best Link Building Services in 2026 (Compared by Price and Link Type)

The best link building services in 2026 split into three camps: exchange networks that trade real links between real businesses, productized vendors that sell a placement at a listed price, and agencies that run custom outreach or digital PR campaigns. Prices run from about $60 a link at the low end to $15,000 a month for a managed program. This list compares ten options on the things that decide whether a link is worth paying for: link type, price, turnaround, and who each one suits.

Every provider below was checked on its own website in September 2026. Prices are the ones published on those pages at the time of writing. Where a company only quotes on a call, we say so rather than guess.

Here is the short version. The table sorts providers by how they work, since that decides the price model more than anything else.

How to judge a link building service

Before comparing names, decide what a good link looks like for your site. Four checks cover most of it, and every provider on this list was measured against them.

  • Relevance. A link from a site in your field, placed in an article about your topic, does more than a higher-DR link from a general blog that writes about everything. Ask for sample placements in your niche.
  • Real traffic. A domain can hold a high Domain Rating and get almost no visitors from Google. Sites without organic traffic are often link farms. Look for providers that guarantee a traffic floor, not just a DR number.
  • Dofollow and contextual. The link should sit inside the body copy of a real article. Footer links, author bio links and sponsored tags pass little or nothing.
  • No private blog networks. PBNs are sites built only to sell links. Google's spam policies treat them as link schemes, and a manual action can wipe out a year of rankings. If a price looks too low for the DR offered, this is usually why.

If you want the long version of what separates a strong link from a weak one, our guide on how to build high-quality backlinks walks through each signal with examples.

1. Distribb

Screenshot: Distribb backlink exchange page showing 3 to 5 real backlinks a month
Distribb backlink exchange page showing 3 to 5 real backlinks a month, captured September 2026.

Distribb is an SEO platform that runs on autopilot. You connect your website and it does the keyword research, writes and publishes articles, builds backlinks through its exchange network, and works on your visibility in AI search, all on its own. Link building is built in rather than sold per link, which is why it sits first here. Plenty of agencies white-label this kind of work and resell it at a markup, so you can go straight to the source.

The backlink exchange places 3 to 5 contextual, dofollow links a month on your site from real businesses in your niche. In return, up to 5 of your own Distribb articles link out to other members. It uses an ABC structure: you link to one business and a different business links to you, so no two sites ever swap links directly, and a three-month delay applies before any reverse path can open. Every member is a real company using Distribb for its own SEO, which keeps PBNs and link farms out of the network. You can see how the Distribb backlink exchange works in more detail, including the matching rules.

  • Link types: contextual in-article links from same-niche business sites, plus listicle outreach where Distribb's agent finds the "best of" articles that Google ranks and ChatGPT cites, then drafts the pitch to get you added.
  • Pricing: $97/month for Pro, which includes the exchange, 30 articles a month and link outreach research. $495/month for Accelerator, which adds 90 articles a month, done-for-you link outreach campaigns, priority backlink placements, Medium syndication, and a human reviewing every piece.
  • Turnaround: once the exchange is switched on it runs every month, with no new orders to place.
  • No per-link fees: the links are part of the subscription, so the cost per link falls to roughly $19 to $32 on Pro before counting the articles.

Honest weakness: Distribb is a platform, not a bespoke creative agency. If you need a one-off digital PR campaign that lands you in a national newspaper next month, a PR agency is the better buy. The exchange also gives links out as well as bringing them in, placed inside your own articles.

Who it suits: small businesses, ecommerce stores, SaaS companies and agencies that want links, content and AI-search visibility handled together for a flat monthly price.

2. FATJOE

Screenshot: FATJOE blogger outreach service page
FATJOE blogger outreach service page, captured September 2026.

FATJOE is one of the best-known productized link vendors, and a lot of agencies use it behind the scenes. Its blogger outreach service is priced by the Domain Rating of the site you want, with a traffic floor attached to each tier.

  • Link types: blogger outreach placements with a new article written by FATJOE's team, containing an in-content link.
  • Pricing: $82 per placement for DR10+ (0 to 1,000 monthly traffic), $109 for DR20+, $136 for DR30+, $245 for DR40+, $381 for DR50+ and $517 for DR60+. Subscribing to a monthly spend takes 10% off.
  • Turnaround: from 14 days.
  • Guarantees: DR and Ahrefs traffic guaranteed, a lifetime link guarantee, and a money-back guarantee. Orders come with a white label report.

Honest weakness: the lower traffic floors are low. A DR10+ site with under 1,000 monthly visitors carries little weight, so the entry tiers are cheap for a reason. Buyers who want strong links end up in the $245 to $517 range.

Who it suits: agencies that need predictable, resellable placements at a listed price and don't want to negotiate each one.

3. The HOTH

Screenshot: The HOTH link outreach service page
The HOTH link outreach service page, captured September 2026.

The HOTH sells SEO products to local businesses, ecommerce stores, national brands and resellers, and says it has served more than 200,000 businesses. Link building is one line in a wider catalog that also includes managed SEO and white label packages.

  • Link types: Link Outreach (done-for-you manual outreach on real sites) and Link Insertions (links added to existing articles).
  • Pricing: Link Outreach costs $175 for DA or DR 20+, $225 for 30+, $345 for 40+ and $405 for 50+. Link Insertions cost $200 for DR20+, $250 for DR45+ and $450 for DR60+.
  • Turnaround: listed per product in its FAQ; confirm before ordering if you have a deadline.

Honest weakness: per link, it costs more than FATJOE at the same DR tier, and the Link Outreach tiers accept DA or DR, which is looser than a DR-only guarantee.

Who it suits: local and small businesses that want links and other SEO products from one vendor with a single account.

4. Loganix

Screenshot: Loganix link building services and packages page
Loganix link building services and packages page, captured September 2026.

Loganix built its name as a fulfillment partner for SEO agencies. It offers two routes: its experts pick the links for you, or you browse its publisher database and choose sites yourself.

  • Link types: niche edits on existing pages with 100+ organic traffic, guest posts, earned brand mentions, and content placed for AI search citations on DR 30 to 60+ sites.
  • Pricing: the self-serve database lists 25,000 sites with links from $99. Niche edits start at $100. Managed campaigns are priced per scope.
  • Turnaround: brand mentions go live in 4 to 6 weeks or you don't pay.
  • Guarantees: a 6-month replacement guarantee on mentions, and 7 months on niche edits.

Honest weakness: Loganix describes the database sites as unvetted, so the quality control on that route is your job. Picking well takes SEO experience.

Who it suits: SEO professionals who want control over every domain, and agencies that want a managed option for clients who don't.

5. Rhino Rank

Screenshot: Rhino Rank white label link building homepage
Rhino Rank white label link building homepage, captured September 2026.

Rhino Rank is a vendor with some of the lowest published entry prices among providers that still do manual outreach. It says it has served more than 7,000 clients and sells white label pricing to agencies.

  • Link types: curated links in existing content, guest posts of 750+ words, image links, listicle placements, and press releases.
  • Pricing: curated links from $60, guest posts from $75, listicle placements from $135, press releases from $99. A managed service is also available.
  • Guarantees: 12-month replacement cover, and a no-questions refund on your first order of up to $550.

Honest weakness: "from" prices are the floor. The sites at the lowest tier carry less authority, so budget for a mix if you need strong links.

Who it suits: newer and smaller sites building their first links, and resellers that want a low-risk first order.

6. Stan Ventures

Screenshot: Stan Ventures link building partner for SEO agencies
Stan Ventures link building partner for SEO agencies, captured September 2026.

Stan Ventures sells almost entirely to agencies. Its pitch is margin: it says partner agencies can keep a margin of up to 70% or more of what they charge clients for links.

  • Link types: manual outreach links on real sites with traffic, under NDA and white label.
  • Pricing: $37 to $247 per link for DA 30 to 50 sites, according to its own comparison table.
  • Turnaround: 14 days, guaranteed.
  • Control: you pre-approve the plan and the content before anything is placed, and a dedicated manager handles the account.

Honest weakness: its price range is quoted in Domain Authority, a Moz metric that runs higher than Ahrefs DR on many sites, so a DA 50 link is often a lower DR. Ask for DR and traffic before you commit.

Who it suits: SEO agencies that resell link building and care about margin and turnaround.

Screenshot: Editorial.Link link building packages and pricing
Editorial.Link link building packages and pricing, captured September 2026.

Editorial.Link is an outreach agency that focuses on fewer, higher-authority editorial links, and it publishes its package prices.

  • Link types: permanent dofollow editorial links on sites with average DR 50 to 90 and 5,000+ monthly traffic, including premium placements on the bespoke plan.
  • Pricing: a base rate of $375 per link. The Startup package is $1,750 for 5 links ($350 each) and Growth is $6,000 for 20 links ($300 each). A bespoke plan with DR 60 to 95 links is custom priced.
  • Service: every package includes a personal account manager.

Honest weakness: the entry price is $1,750, which rules it out for a small site testing link building for the first time.

Who it suits: brands in competitive niches that need a handful of strong links more than a stream of average ones.

8. LinkBuilder.io

Screenshot: LinkBuilder.io monthly link building packages
LinkBuilder.io monthly link building packages, captured September 2026.

LinkBuilder.io runs monthly retainers aimed at rankings and visibility in AI tools such as ChatGPT. Each plan includes link planning against your target pages.

  • Link types: editorial links from sites with average DR 50 to 90, planned against target pages and anchor text.
  • Pricing: $2,999/month for 8 links, $5,999/month for 16+, $9,999/month for 26+ and $19,999/month for 53+. Separate "authority signal" packages start at $3,000/month.
  • Included: competitor backlink gap analysis, link planning, keyword analysis and a reporting dashboard.

Honest weakness: at $2,999 for 8 links, you pay about $375 a link on a monthly commitment, which needs a budget that can run for the several months links usually take to show in rankings.

Who it suits: funded SaaS and ecommerce companies with a marketing budget and a clear list of money pages.

9. uSERP

Screenshot: uSERP link building agency homepage
uSERP link building agency homepage, captured September 2026.

uSERP is a premium agency that pairs link building with digital PR, on-page briefs and strategy calls. It says it works with more than 50 SaaS and ecommerce brands.

  • Link types: DR 60+ high authority links and DR 20 to 59 niche authority links each month, plus internal linking strategy and toxic backlink cleanup.
  • Pricing: Accelerate at $10,000/month and Dominate at $15,000/month. uSERP values its DR 60+ links at $600 to $900 each.
  • Included: custom campaign strategy, competitor backlink gap analysis, rank tracking, a quarterly content plan, and calls with its senior team.

Honest weakness: the price puts it out of reach for most small businesses, and a retainer this size only pays off when a first-page ranking is worth a lot of revenue.

Who it suits: established brands in high-value markets where a single keyword can be worth tens of thousands a month.

10. Page One Power

Screenshot: Page One Power link building services homepage
Page One Power link building services homepage, captured September 2026.

Page One Power is a link building agency headquartered in Boise, Idaho, building links since 2010 with an entirely US-based team. It does not buy links; its link builders earn them through manual outreach and content.

  • Link types: custom outreach campaigns, guest posts written by its own team, linkable assets, and digital PR. It also offers white label link building for agencies.
  • Pricing: quote based, after an analysis of your site and competitors.
  • Service: an account manager plus an SEO engineer on each account, and a custom SEO blueprint that covers technical issues and content gaps as well as links.

Honest weakness: no published prices, and custom campaigns take longer to start than ordering a placement.

Who it suits: enterprise sites and agencies that want a long-running, strategy-led campaign from a US team.

Headline prices are hard to compare because each provider bundles differently. So here is the published price of a single link at roughly DR 50, the level most businesses aim for once they have a few basic links.

ProviderPrice for one DR 50-ish linkWhat it depends on
Distribb (Pro)About $19 to $32$97/month divided by 3 to 5 exchange links; DR varies by niche member
FATJOE$381DR50+ blogger outreach tier
The HOTH$405DA or DR 50+ Link Outreach tier
Editorial.Link$300 to $375Package size; sites average DR 50 to 90
LinkBuilder.ioAbout $375$2,999 for 8 links, DR 50 to 90
uSERP$250 to $375 (DR 20 to 59), $600 to $900 (DR 60+)uSERP's own valuation inside a retainer
Stan VenturesUp to $247Quoted as DA 30 to 50, so check DR
Rhino Rank, LoganixFrom $60 to $100 and upEntry prices; DR 50 sites cost more
Page One PowerQuote basedCampaign scope

The pattern is clear. A paid DR 50 editorial link costs about $300 to $400 almost everywhere, so a site that needs four such links a month is looking at $1,200 to $1,600 a month for links alone. That is the budget line an exchange network replaces, and why we cover where to buy dofollow backlinks separately for readers who still want to purchase individual placements.

Guest posting services vs outreach services vs exchange networks

Most "backlink companies" sell one of three things, even when the sales page mixes the words. Knowing which one you're buying tells you what the link will look like.

Guest posting services

A guest posting service writes a new article and gets it published on another site with your link inside. It is the most common product on this list: FATJOE's blogger outreach, Rhino Rank's guest posts and Page One Power's guest post campaigns all fit here. The risk is sites that publish anything for a fee, which search engines learn to discount. We compared fifteen providers in our list of guest posting services.

SEO outreach services

An SEO outreach service pitches site owners to add your link, either to an existing article (a niche edit or link insertion) or through a resource mention. The HOTH Link Insertions and Loganix niche edits are examples. The advantage is that the page already has age and traffic. If you want to run outreach yourself, our step-by-step blog backlink outreach guide covers the process.

Exchange networks

An exchange network connects real businesses so they link to each other's content, with rules that stop direct swaps. You pay a subscription rather than a per-link fee. The quality depends entirely on who is allowed in, so check whether members are real companies and whether links are matched by niche.

A backlink provider is any company that supplies links for money, so the term covers all three models above as well as PBN sellers. When you see it on a marketplace listing with a price that looks too low, read the red flags section below first.

For agencies reselling any of these under their own brand, the pricing works differently again; our comparison of white label link building services covers wholesale rates and margins.

"Affordable" means different things at different stages. Here is how to spend a budget at three sizes.

  • Under $150 a month. A paid DR 50 link is out of reach, so either buy one or two entry-tier links from Rhino Rank or FATJOE on your most relevant pages, or use an exchange network where links are part of a flat subscription. Distribb Pro at $97 a month covers 3 to 5 links plus the articles they point to.
  • $500 to $2,000 a month. Mix a few stronger placements (FATJOE DR40+ or DR50+, The HOTH, Editorial.Link's Startup package) with ongoing links from an exchange. Put paid links on pages that make money, and let content attract the rest.
  • $3,000 a month and up. Retainers such as LinkBuilder.io, uSERP or Page One Power make sense once you know which pages drive revenue and can wait four to six months for the effect.

Whatever the budget, don't spread it across dozens of cheap links. Five relevant links to the right page usually beat fifty random ones.

Red flags when you buy links

  • Guaranteed DR with no traffic floor. DR is easy to inflate. Always ask what organic traffic the linking site gets.
  • "Write for us" sites that cover every topic. A blog that publishes crypto, pets, law and home decor in the same week exists to sell links.
  • Prices far below the market. A DR 70 link for $30 is almost always a PBN or a hacked site.
  • No sample placements. A real service can show you live links it built in your industry.
  • Exact-match anchor text on every link. Natural link profiles use brand names, URLs and varied phrases.
  • Links in sitewide footers or sidebars. These pass little value and look manipulative.
  • Direct link swaps. A links to B and B links back to A leaves a reciprocal footprint. Exchanges that are safe route links through a third site.

Seven questions to ask before you pay

Send these to any provider before the first order. A good service answers all of them without hesitation.

  1. Can you show five live links you placed in my industry in the last 90 days?
  2. What is the minimum organic traffic, in Ahrefs or Semrush, for the sites you use?
  3. Is the metric you guarantee DR or DA?
  4. Will the link sit in the body of a relevant article, and is it dofollow?
  5. Can I approve the site or the content before it goes live?
  6. What happens if the link disappears, and for how long is it covered?
  7. Do any of your sites sell links openly on a "write for us" or "sponsored post" page?

FAQ

How much do link building services cost?

Published prices in 2026 range from about $60 for an entry-level curated link to around $400 for a DR 50 outreach link, and $500 to $900 for DR 60+ placements. Monthly retainers run from $2,999 (LinkBuilder.io) to $15,000 (uSERP). An exchange network such as Distribb includes 3 to 5 links a month in a $97 subscription.

Are link building services worth it?

They are worth it when the links are relevant, sit on sites with real traffic, and point at pages that already deserve to rank. They are a waste when they send cheap links to thin pages. Links usually take one to six months to show an effect, so judge a service over a quarter, not a week.

A backlink provider is a company that supplies links to your website, usually for a fee. It can be a guest posting service, an outreach agency, a link marketplace or an exchange network. The label says nothing about quality, so check relevance, traffic and placement before buying.

What are the best link building services?

For small businesses and agencies that want links and content handled together, Distribb. For agencies ordering placements at a listed price, FATJOE or The HOTH. For choosing sites yourself, Loganix. For low entry prices, Rhino Rank. For white label margin, Stan Ventures. For fewer, stronger links, Editorial.Link. For big-budget retainers, LinkBuilder.io, uSERP or Page One Power.

The companies on this list use manual outreach and real sites, which is the safe end of the market. Risk comes from providers that sell PBN links, sitewide links or direct swaps. Google's spam policies can remove the value of those links or apply a manual action to your site.

Is guest posting still a good way to build links?

Yes, when the site is relevant and has an audience. Guest posts on sites that exist only to sell posts carry little weight. Mix guest posts with niche edits and earned mentions for a natural profile.
