The Distribb-branded intro. Tab map and how to use it.
The Distribb operator playbook is the system the Distribb team runs for our own projects and the founders who use the platform. Backlinks from real businesses, AI-agent-native, multi-CMS publishing, 13-week tracker included.
I run Distribb. One product, not a portfolio. I built the platform because the agencies I tried wanted six months and a retainer to do what the right system does in 90 days. This is that system, written down, with the spreadsheet you'd otherwise rebuild yourself.
If you just want to operate it manually, the playbook tells you exactly what to do each week. If you'd rather automate it, Distribb runs the keyword research, the backlink exchange, the internal linking, and the multi-CMS publishing in the background while you ship. Either way, the tracker is yours to keep.

Pick keywords by search volume. Hope something ranks.
DR-filter every keyword on day one. If the top three results are HubSpot, G2, or Semrush, we skip it. The other 95% of keywords waste three months.
Push backlink outreach to "week 9-10" once you have enough articles to pitch.
Start exchange backlinks on day 1 via the Distribb network. Real businesses, real domains, not link farms. Give one link in an article. Earn one back. Auto-credited.
Assume you'll personally write every article. Burn out by week 4.
Built for AI agents from day one. The whole playbook is a sub-skill of
Bomx/distribb-skill. Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw,
ChatGPT-Code, or a custom agent can run the workflow with one command.
Five blocks across 13 weeks. Each block has one deliverable and a clean set of moves. The tracker has the unchecked-box version of this, ready to fill in as you ship.
The tracker is yours to keep, even if you never sign up for Distribb. But every row in it maps to something the platform can automate, and the backlink exchange is something no spreadsheet can give you.
POST /keywords/search returns volume, KD, and intent-tagged candidates.
GET /internal-links auto-suggests the right URLs per keyword.
The playbook is a sub-skill of Bomx/distribb-skill on GitHub.
Install it once and your agent knows the full 13-week workflow, where to find the tracker, and which
Distribb endpoints to call at each step.
