# Connect Shopify

Connect your Shopify store so articles publish to its blog.

Distribb connects to your Shopify store through Shopify's own sign-in and publishes articles to the store blog.

## Steps

1. Open **Integrations** in the sidebar and choose **Add Integration**.
2. On the **Blog** tab, choose **Shopify**.
3. Type your store name in **Your Shopify Store Name**. It is the part before .myshopify.com.
4. Choose **Connect Shopify**. Shopify opens.
5. Approve the app in Shopify. You come back to Distribb.

## Check it works

The Shopify row shows in **Integrations**. After the next publishing day, open your store's blog and look for the new article.

## Good to know

- If a row shows **Reconnect**, choose it and approve again in Shopify. Articles that failed in the meantime are queued again.
- Articles about products you do not sell usually mean Distribb does not know your catalogue well enough. Write what you sell, and what you never sell, into the AI Instructions in **Article Settings**: see [Writing rules](/help/content/writing-rules).
