# Answer your Google reviews

Connect Google Business Profile, prepare replies with the agent, and post them on Google.

Distribb reads your Google reviews, drafts a reply for each one, and posts the replies you approve.

## Steps

1. Open **Reviews** in the sidebar.
2. If Google Business is not connected yet, choose **Connect Google Business**, then **Connect via Google**, and sign in with the Google account that manages your profile.
3. Choose **Scan now** to load your latest reviews.
4. On the **Unanswered** tab, tick the reviews you want to answer and choose **Prepare replies with the agent**.
5. Read each draft. Change the text if you want and choose **Save edit**.
6. Choose **Post reply** on one review, or **Post selected drafts** for several.

## Check it works

The review moves to **Answered**. **Open on Google** shows the reply on your profile.

## Good to know

- A draft stays private until you post it. **Discard draft** removes it.
- A scan also runs every week by itself while Google Business is connected.
