# Use your content calendar

See what is planned, move an article to another day, write one early, or delete one you do not want.

The Calendar shows every article Distribb plans, writes and publishes for you, in one timeline.

## Steps

1. Open **Calendar** in the sidebar. Switch between **Grid** and **Table** at the top.
2. To move an article, drag a **Planned** card to another day. Dropping it on a full day swaps the two articles.
3. To write an article early, choose **Pre-create** on a **Planned** card due in the next 7 days.
4. To give one article its own instructions, choose the ! on its card. Type them in **Add Writing Instructions** and choose **Save Instructions**.
5. To remove a planned article, choose the × on its card and confirm.
6. To add topics, choose **+ Add keywords**. To remove many at once, choose **Manage keywords**.

## What the labels mean

- **Planned**: on the plan, not written yet.
- **Draft**: written but not live. It is waiting for you, or the last publish attempt failed.
- **Published**: live on your site.

## Check it works

After a move, a message confirms the article moved, and the card sits on its new day.

## Good to know

- The note at the top shows how many articles you have left this month and when the count resets.
- The **Articles Plan** menu changes how many articles you get each month. On Pro you pick 5 premium, 8 premium or 30. On Accelerator you pick 5 premium, 8 premium, 30 premium, 60 or 90.
- Only planned articles can be deleted. Written ones stay in your history.
