# Use Distribb in Cursor, Claude Code or any MCP client

Add the Distribb MCP server by URL, or install the Distribb skill, in a coding agent.

Any client that supports remote MCP servers can use Distribb. You add one URL and approve access in Distribb.

## Cursor

1. Open your Cursor MCP settings, or the file .cursor/mcp.json in your project or home folder.
2. Add the server:

3. Cursor opens a Distribb sign-in page. Choose **Approve**.

## Claude Code and other MCP clients

1. Add https://distribb.io/mcp as a remote (streamable HTTP) MCP server in your client.
2. Approve the connection on the Distribb page.
3. You find the same URL in Distribb on the **MCP server** card, under **Integrations**, **Add Integration**, **AI Agents**. Use **Copy** to copy it.

## Check it works

Ask your agent: "List my Distribb projects." It should call the Distribb tools and return your project names.
